Name: Niranie
Nickname: Nira
Age: 17
Is this a teacher? (If so state subject): No
power(3 max): She is an elemental that has minor control over three of the basic elements; water, wind, and earth. Her abilities can increase in a moment of panic, or passion.
History/family: She lived with her father until she was 15. He is also an elemental, but much stronger. They lived a very secluded life style. She left because her father insisted that it was time for her to see the rest of the world. He had taught her all that he could, and knew that it was time for experience to teach the rest. Her mother was also an elemental, but she died when Niranie was very young.
Appearance: Her hair is long, brunette, and is usually kept back, out of her face. She is very pale. She has blue eyes that change color depending on which element is dominant at the time. She is short, with a sleight build, and reflexes that are quicker than most would expect.
Personality: Because of her secluded up-bringing, she is not always comfortable around large groups of people. She loves to read, and has some talent in music. She loves getting into intense conversations about anything and everything. She is quick to smile, and quick to laugh, but also quick to shy away, and sometimes quick to anger. She is typically easy going, and gets along with everyone in general.
In-character Sample: Niranie sighed as she trudged up the never-ending road. She had no specific destination, and no care for where she ended up. It had been two years since she had left home, and she missed the simplicity and consistency of it. But, she had to admit, her life on the road had been a wonderful experience so far. She had traveled distances that she could never have imagined back in her small little house by the sea. She had met unforgettable people, and the thought of them still brought a smile to her face. The truth was, Niranie had come to love the road and all that came with it, even if it wasn't always fun scrounging for food and sleeping on the ground. She had learned valuable lessons, and she had to wonder whether or not her father would recognize her when she finally went home. She took a moment to look around her, and evaluate the direction she was going in. She was in a small forest, and heading steadily in the direction of the setting sun. She kept her pace until she reached the very edge of the forest, where a small stream ran parallel to her course. By then, it was full dark, and she decided that it was time to rest for the night. As she laid out her pallet, she wondered what adventures awaited her the next day. A small smile played across her face as she gradually fell asleep with the starlight shining softly on her face.
