Alora stood on the top of Mount Silnui, the wind blowing the hair out of her face. She had been given a new power by the guy at the chapel, and she intended to use it. Remembrancing... Her eyes were open wide, staring out to space. remember... She said to herself, think back to a time....
Years flooded her memory- things and places and people she's never seen before.
There had been a war. When the gifteds came to power, they faught for respect. MVA had dissapeared, and those with gifts had no outlet, no lessons, didn't know what they were doing. They were angry at the world for not accepting them. A number of people ganged together and caused uprising, demanding Civil rights. Eventually even these gangs ganged together, and they all faught against those mortals who held what society called 'power'. And they won. Bloodshed in great numbers caused the world's population to not only shrink considerably, but also for there to be a great devide between cultures. Normal humans, and the Supernormal. One feared the other, but it was hard to destinguish. They were all people, Alora thought to herself, How could this have happened? We are all Human... That is how the states got a devide, that is why this City was built. For Protection. For Equality...
Alora couldn't help but wonder as she fell to her knees, Why DID the creators open that time-portal? To protect us from the war? Why?

Meanwhile, just fifty feet away, stood a young boy, looking out on the same mountain, as his eyes were covered by a pair of black sunglasses, the wind beginning to blow his now semi-long hair out toward the vast mountainside around the tallest of all of the mountains, his very skin glowing slightly as if it was, itself, light, when in reality, it was a deep fire brewing in his very soul, lighting up his entire body with a light that seemed to pierce the darkness around him.
As he continued to stare, he began to take off his sunglasses, his eyes glowing a bright green as they seemed quite intense, as if his hard training had permanentally scarred his eyes to look this way, to seem as if it was an everlasting blaze of green, or whatever color he wished it to be, infact, as he dropped the glasses into his coat pocket, his pupils no longer black, as normal, but instead, a fiery blue color, as if it was a star itself, as he began to turn toward Alora, grabbing his sunglasses again and putting them on, as, if you looked at the sunglasses, you could barely see through them, catching a white light emitting from the areas where his eyes would be directly behind the shades."...Your thinking about whats happened, aren't you?" He asked, almost sounding older and wiser than before as he looked out upon the scenery. The reason he knew this was because he knew that look...because he had worn it many times in the past few days, as he began to think as well...about how times had changed, about how things had accelerate, technologically, so fast, that his knowledge seemed obselete...but still, he would keep on fighting, for all he knew now was to protect others, and to defeat evil...

Kyo bolted around the area, she resembled a fire ball, but more of her body showed than anything; she was running at amazing speed. Such energy needed to be burned, yet she was careful as to not burn the whole area to the ground. Her orange hair was in a high ponytail, her clothes tight and fun; her tank top was black, her miniskirt plaid, and her feet were bare. Everything in her life seemed to met into one giant picture, as if it wasn't hard enough to be one of the few that has to live after a laps of time. Kyo was sad that what she knew was forever gone, but every new thing posed a new idea and what not. Over all, to her, the laps of time was best for her, even though it did cost her the loss of her husband to an old friend; that didn't stop her though, nothing was really going to stop her, but running straight into Zak did succeed physically. Kyo paused and waited for the rest of her thoughts to catch up before she falsely accused some one of being stupid. She shook her head and tried to focus on the object, in this case Zak, and waited to see what or who they were. She stumbled up and wobbled, "Who the hell, what was," her eyes focused, "Oh, I'm sorry sir, I didn't see you there."
